The Kattegat Center opned for the first time in May of 1993. The goals of the center is to show life at sea as well as to point out the human uses of the sea and the consequenses hereof. In the huge tanks you can experience «the whole story» about life in the seas and you can even take a walk through the shark tunnel and have these great creatures swimm right on top of your head!
